Please help!

I currently have a Canon Powershot sx110 IS.
It 9.0Megapixels and 10x optical zoom.

It was about $245.

I am looking to upgrade. My budget is $700USD-ish.

It's important to me to be able to get good quality pictures of things in motion. (Like. A toddler. For example.)

If you have any advice, or links to any websites that have informative reviews, or sites that can help me make better use of the settings on my camera (I still am having trouble taking pictures in the dark. I'd LOVE to be able to get a shot of the moon, but I don't think my camera can do that. xD), PLEASE post here and let me know.
